Yes. The APEX charges the handgun by pressing on the front of the slide, so it doesn’t rely on serrations. Our barrels are all tested and developed with OEM slides to ensure compatibility. If you are using a custom slide, please install our barrel and check for functionality by hand-cycling before firing.
